so as i’m playing poker tonite and talking about jennifer tilly winning the females championship of the WSOP, and thinking about boobs, like i do often, i decided that there is no doubt in my mind that if JT was sitting at that cheap purple pilled up felt table cloth covering of a shit we call our poker table, i would call her boobs magee. (McGee)? i don’t know how to spell.

the moral of the story is: jt – if i’m ever hanging out with you, you nickname will be boobs magee, like it or not, sorry thats just how things have to be.

and as i was saying…..

i just happen to catch this headline today and it made me think of my post from a few days ago, or hell maybe it was even yesterday, anyway, it will be obvious which one i mean.

on my way home from work…

I saw this bumper sticker on my way home from work today and wondered why alternative fuels have not become more widely used? or maybe they are starting to in newer cars, i haven’t been in the market for a new car, so i don’t know. i wish i was a little bit closer to work and i’d start biking again. i did get out for about 8 miles tonite and it felt good. it has been “dan get off your ass” month!

fantasy football

its time to get ready for fantasy football again! i’ve created the Dakota Division on yahoo, and its ready to sign up for.

this year the Dakota Division will be the first year of a keeper league, so get in now or you’ll miss your chance to have a head start next year.

hopefully everyone will be willing to throw $10 into a prize pool, but if not, only those who did will be eligible for the championship money!

playing football (soccer)

i finally got out on the soccer field today again. errrr well at least a large area of grass with a soccer ball, not quite a field but it was still fun. along with bierwoman and onree d’france we beat on 3 little kids that must have been, oh hmmmmm, 8 – 10 years old maybe? we totally schooled them, it was great! they didn’t even see it coming. team space invaders they called themselves, bah i say, they couldn’t have invaded a shallow lake from a leaky canoe….

gotta get out to the soccer field large grassy area more often, it felt good to beat up on some small kids! yeah!!! kids if your reading this, don’t try to match up against team TT again, it’ll just end painfully for you…..

make me a logo!

in one more attempt to make something decent of a good idea i had a long time ago, i’ve decided to start some work on fargobar.com again. to make anything mildly successfull out of it, i need someone who has some decent graphical skills. i’m looking for at least someone who could create a logo for the site. this is a no-pay job, but if the site is ever really successfull i’ll be sure to re-pay the artist back if i use your logo. and if you want to work up a full site design, that’d be even better, but i really need at least a logo for now!

watch a baseball game

as i was sitting in onree’s basement, sipping on a bottle of coors lite that wasn’t tasting up to par (as good as the high life!), i flicked the tv channel to a fuckin redhawks game. for those of you who don’t know the redhawks are the local baseball team, so it seemed weird that their game was on tv, but i put on some rem in the stereo and blasted it so i wouldn’t have to listen to the game also. then something happened that will forever change my life……

the tv camera went to the manager/coach of the redhawks in his glorious uniform that matches all the players’ uniforms. i wondered why the coach with his very nicely sized beer belly (MUCH larger than my own) wears a uniform as if he’s gonna be called in for a pinch run or something? i then realized this always takes place in baseball, and i’d bet it even takes place in softball too??

so why does that fucker always have the same shit on that the players wear? is he gonna have to play in case he runs out of pitchers?

give me a peanutbutter/cheese sandwich and i’m off to bed finally!

and as you can see by the hair of jurgen klinsman is something you don’t expect to hear everyday, or necessairly ever, but i just heard it. and as you can see by the hair of jurgen klinsman this is a 2-2 game!

speaking of jurgen klinsman’s hair, it makes me think about the failed search for a gay chinaman again. i challenge anyone who thinks that chinese are gay to find a gay chinaman to leave a comment here.
